How much is shipping?
Shipping is all based off your postcode & the item size/weight. To get the shipping cost for your item, first; Add the item to Cart, fill out your details on next page, then proceed to shipping page that will show you the price based off your postcode & item.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Courier delivery times vary; Usually you can allow approx 2-6 business days for metro postcodes in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA and approx 4-10 business days for outer rural & remote areas. For WA, NT & TAS, allow approx 5-9 business days for metro postcodes and approx 7-14 business days for outer rural & remote areas. Allow 1-3 business days for handling before your item is shipped too.

How can I track my parcel?
All orders will receive a confirmation email upon ordering and an email with shipping & tracking number information upon despatch. If you haven't seen this email, please check your junk or promotions folders (or similar) as sometimes they may get sent there.

Does my item come with fitting instructions?
In most cases any 4x4 gear won't come with fitting instructions. We recommend a professional auto shop fits any item.

What payment options do you have?
Currently we have plenty of great options to make paying for your new gear that much easier. You can purchase any goods with Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Deposit plus Buy Now Pay Later options like Afterpay.

How do I return an item I bought?
If you want to return an item for change of mind, please contact us first within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a warehouse shipping return address.

Will I need to fit any other aftermarket accessories to my vehicle for my new wheel rims to fit?
In each of our wheel rim listings it will state if you may need a set of flares to keep your new rims from sticking out too far from the body of the vehicle.
