Shipping & Delivery
General Information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
PO Box addresses are not accepted. Please provide a residential or business street address.
For larger or bulky items, we recommend using a business address, as many couriers apply additional charges for residential delivery.
Order Processing
Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after full payment is received.
During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an update.
Some products may be shipped directly from our supplier or warehouse partners.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update, and check your spam or promotions folder if needed.

QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT (metro)
2–6 business days
WA, NT, TAS (metro)
5–9 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or factors outside our control.
Large & Remote Deliveries
For some large or heavy items, the shipping cost displayed may cover delivery to a business address or courier depot only.
If a residential address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply. If required, we will contact you after purchase to confirm available options.
Some remote or regional postcodes may also incur additional charges not included in the initial shipping cost. In these cases, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Delivery Conditions
Couriers may require someone to be present to accept delivery. In some cases, items may be left at the delivery address without a signature.
Once a courier confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been completed.
Delivery times and timeframes cannot be guaranteed, and specific delivery times of day are not available.
