- When inputting your postal address, please note that we cannot accept PO BOX addresses. Couriers will not deliver to them. Please provide a business or residential address.
- Most in stock products are posted within 1-3 business days of receiving full payment of your order. In some very busy periods this may take slightly longer, but all orders are despatched as quickly as possible. For any out of stock/back order items, we will contact you to let you know of any delays.
- Note that for some larger/heavier items, that any shipping price shown is to a business/depo address only. Couriers are now charging a large premium to deliver large, heavy & bulky items to residential addresses. If you input a residential address in this case, then we may contact you after ordering to let you know that there may be an additional postage cost on top of the original cost, or if you can change the address to a business address.
- Courier delivery times vary; Usually you can allow approx 2-6 business days for metro postcodes in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA and approx 4-10 business days for outer rural & remote areas. For WA, NT & TAS, allow approx 5-9 business days for metro postcodes and approx 7-14 business days for outer rural & remote areas. Note that at times courier delivery times will vary or be extended, we are not liable for extended delivery times due to uncontrollable circumstances.
- For any remote postcodes that we don't normally post to, please allow extra time for delivery. Note that for some postcodes that couriers consider remote our normal shipping costs may not cover the full delivery and we may contact you if there is an extra charge.
- Once your order has been despatched, tracking information will be emailed to the email you provided on your order. If you do not receive this, please check your junk/promotions folders. Our wholesalers may despatch items on our behalf from wholesalers supply warehouse.
- At times couriers may or may not require someone to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. We unfortunately cannot control this even if you may have approved 'Authority to leave'. We can not give a time of day for deliveries by couriers (most will say between 9am-5pm on weekdays though).
- Please note that your package is covered while in transit for damages but we do not take responsibility after the package has been dropped off at your designated address. We do not cover your package for theft from your designated address.
- For any overseas deliveries please note that your country may have fees/charges/import duties/taxes due. We do not cover these charges.
