If you need to return an item, no worries! We're here to help. For any returns please contact us, before we approve a return you must email us first.
Change of Mind:
- You have 30 days from receiving the item to return it and it must be in a as-new, unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging. (Does not include apparel or winches).
- Upon approving your return we'll provide you with a return address.
- Once item is received back, checked over and approved, we will contact to let you know it has been received.
- Any returns for change of mind, not liking the product, ordering the wrong item/style/colour/model etc will attract a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping fee originally paid is not refundable and return shipping of the item will be at buyers expense.
- If a refund is approved it will be processed via your original form of payment. Please allow the amount of business days your payment method provider allows for refunds.
- Please choose your winch carefully. We do not facilitate swap overs or returns of winches if you purchased the wrong type.
- We unfortunately do not facilitate returns for any other reason unless otherwise agreed.
- If your item is damaged or proven lost by the courier used, we will issue a no-stress refund. Please note that this does not cover theft from your residence.
- If item is incorrectly printed or damaged we will print & replace it upon receiving a photo of the defected item.
- Please note that because these items are printed to order we unfortunately cannot provide a refund due to buying incorrect size, color, change of mind.
- Please be aware that different screen resolutions may cause a slight variance in product color.
- If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order).
- Photos must be taken by buyer of any faults/damage and email them to us as soon as possible.
- Either a replacement item, refund or partial refund can be processed dependent on what buyer would prefer.
