Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused, uninstalled and unmodified
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Items that have been installed, test fitted, modified or used cannot be returned.
Please note:
• A 15% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Wheels
All wheel products must be test fitted prior to tyre installation.
Any wheel that has had a tyre fitted or attempted to be fitted is not eligible for return or refund.
Apparel
Apparel items are made to order and cannot be returned due to:
• Incorrect size
• Change of mind
• Colour selection
If an apparel item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos and we will organise a replacement or resolution.
Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to screen differences.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
• Courier label / consignment note
Once reviewed, we will organise a replacement, refund or resolution as appropriate.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect installation or fitting
• Failure to follow proper installation procedures
• Installation on modified vehicles or incorrect applications
• Use in off-road, racing, competition or commercial environments
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact or negligence
• Contamination (oil, grease, dirt, etc.)
• General wear and tear
• Any alterations, repairs or modifications to the product
Warranty is void where products are installed incorrectly, used outside their intended purpose, or not fitted in accordance with professional standards.
This list is a general guide and does not cover all scenarios.
Important Notes
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility before purchase
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional
• Any labour, fitting or removal costs are not covered
